Singer Kelly Osbourne has struggled with drug problems since she was a teenager.
She was clean for several years, according to media reports, but now the 36-year-old has made public that she has suffered a relapse.
It's not easy for her to talk about it, Osbourne said on her Instagram story, but she has promised to be honest about where she is in her addiction: “I've relapsed.
I'm not proud of it, ”she said.
She didn't say what drugs her relapse was about.
In the meantime, however, she is "back on the right track," according to the daughter of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, who himself had been struggling with drug problems for decades.
"I just want to let you know that I'm sober today - and I'll be sober tomorrow too." But she also learned that it can only go on one day at a time.
Osbourne, who became known about her family with the reality soap "The Osbournes", has long been open about her problems with alcohol and other drugs.
"I had two options - I could continue to take drugs and die or stop," she said in a 2009 interview with the BBC.
She was withdrawn several times.
In August 2019, she announced on Instagram that she had been drug-free for two years.
She was "overwhelmed with gratitude," she wrote at the time.
