Sensational British reality star Katie Price is engaged for the eighth time.
Price, 42, confirmed yesterday (Tuesday) that her partner of the past ten months, 32-year-old Carl Woods has asked for her hand after seeking the approval of her mother, father and 15-year-old son, Junior.
The engagements come six weeks after Price's divorce from her third husband took effect, three years after they announced their separation.
"It's refreshing to be with a man who, if I decide I never want to work again, will take care of me," she said in an interview with gossip magazine "Okay" after the engagement was published.
"I love him".
The two celebrated the exciting announcement in parallel and identical posts on Instagram, with Price also showcasing her sparkling engagement ring.
Price has been engaged eight times and married three times, including to British singer Peter Andre between 2005 and 2009 and is the mother of five children (including a son and daughter Mandra).
Price's third husband is currently convicted of insurance fraud, and will spend eight months in jail.
For Price, who began her career as a middle girl and model (and was known by the stage name Jordan) and in the years that followed she also tried her hand as a singer, TV star and reality and businesswoman, this is, as mentioned, the eighth engagement and the fourth wedding.
