The Executive Committee of the European club association (ECA) has appointed Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president and CEO of Paris Saint-Germain, as its president.
Bayern Munich manager Michael Gerlinger has been named first vice president and will join current number two Edwin van der Sar (Ajax), Dariusz Mioduski (Legia Warsaw) and Aki Riihilahti (Helsinki).
