A Cdm is planned - even if not yet called - for tomorrow, for a first examination of the text. On Monday and Tuesday, Prime Minister Draghi will illustrate the plan to the Chambers, which will be expressed with a vote after his briefing. Only later, between 28 and 29 April, should there be the second Council of Ministers, for the examination and final vote of the NRP, before sending it to the European Commission, scheduled for 30 April.
