(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 23 - Launch of the SpaceX Crew Dragon shuttle which on behalf of NASA brings four veterans to the Space Station, including Frenchman Thomas Pesquet, first astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA).

On board NASA astronauts Robert Shane Kimbrough, in command, and Megan McArthur, pilot, and Akihiko Hoshide, of the Japanese space agency Jaxa.

At 10 minutes from the launch, everyone shared their hand in good luck.

The launch took place with a Falcon 9 from the Kennedy Space Center, in Cape Canaveral (Florida) (ANSA).
