Indonesian navy vessels searching for the submarine that disappeared two days ago off Bali with 53 people on board found an unidentified object at a depth of 50-100 meters.
The Guardian reports it, although it is not yet certain that it is the submarine.
Meanwhile, worries about the increasingly scarce oxygen on board are growing.
According to the latest estimates by the authorities it could run out in 24 hours.
The US military has also announced that it has joined the search.
The president of Indonesia has ordered an all-out effort.
