It promises in particular more face-to-face from "from mid-May" in universities.

If all the national exams and the entrance exams to schools are currently maintained, the partials at the university should not resume until the beginning of May, "according to the methods of control of knowledge which have been validated by the establishments: face-to-face, at a distance or by submitting a report, ”explains Frédérique Vidal.

After the many debates on the value of diplomas passed away, the minister promises more face-to-face for final exams.

And this despite the dissemination in recent days of photos of some crowded classrooms during the organization of BTS tests.

“We have put in place very clear instructions for examination centers.

Candidates must be called at different times to allow for staggered arrivals and departures.

They must not gather in front of the examination centers either so as not to create a crowd, ”replied the minister, while a complaint was filed by students against Jean-Michel Blanquer, Minister of Education national, and Frédérique Vidal.

Face-to-face objective at the start of the school year

For the sick students during tests, the ministers promise the organization of "catch-up session" except for the writings of competition, "because this would lead to a rupture of equality between the candidates", assures Frédérique Vidal.

With a goal of 100% face-to-face at the start of the school year, the executive plans to increase the tonnage from mid-May.

And so to go from one day per week of face-to-face currently, to 50% “from mid-May”, if the epidemic peak is officially exceeded, and with the help of the deployment of self-tests.

But how many students will push back the ground of their faculty, after the dropout considered "massive" of the students at the end of the first semester? “The attendance rate for exams was 90%, roughly the same low water level as in previous years. […] Requests for reorientation increased by 5%. This is explained by a statistical effect, because the success rate for the bac was exceptional (95.7%). Some young people who did not expect to have their baccalaureate did not completely succeed in their orientation, ”said the minister.
