Eliana Tidhar continues to cultivate her musical career: Half a year after releasing a debut single called "Addictive", she is releasing a new single: "Blind Love". She wrote and composed the song together with her partner Lee Byrne and Johnny Goldstein - who is also responsible for the musical arrangement and production.

"The fact that I make music is not that I seem to suddenly burst into a surprising carpentry career," laughs Tidhar (28). "Every project I have taken part in to date has involved music. There are people in my personal environment who know me first and foremost from music. It is true that I have participated in festivals aimed at children and youth, but I have never directed my music there. I put out music for anyone who wants to hear. "And youth today consume music like adults. There is no separation as there once was."

The lyrics to the song "Blind Love" speak of an unhappy relationship, but in life itself Tidhar and Lee Byrne are the power couple of the world of children and youth, and they have been maintaining a happy relationship for four and a half years.

This year they even announced their engagements.

"The song is a set of situations that I assume everyone has experienced at least once," Tidhar explains.

"Being in a relationship that knows it has to end, and just doesn't do it. It happened to me a few times. Maybe I did not want to confront reality, I preferred to stay in my comfort, I was afraid of the change a breakup can bring, I was afraid to break up. There were moments I said 'well, tomorrow "You can put it off" and at the end you get up in the morning and say, "Who am I working for? This is my life." So for me, this song is like the moment I woke up in a relationship, one that allows me to say, "It was good and it was good."

In the clip, me and I play a couple in a problematic relationship.

"The director of the clip, Tom Nesher (daughter of director Avi Nesher - MK), and I sat and thought of ideas for the script. When we wrote it, I realized I did not want to fake with any other actor. We wanted to show in the clip the complexity of a relationship. It's not always good or bad, it's a roller coaster. To me Lee is the most amazing player in the world, objectively, and he came for free, "she laughs." I decided I had no reason to try to fake it with anyone else. We have fun working together, we appear together in the show of 'The Sixteenth Lamb', we played in two series together. Our lives are constantly shuffling because we are in the same realm, and it felt very natural. When opened cinemas expected to leave our film, we wrote together and we also play at 'once in a lifetime. "

What else are you doing these days?

"I'm being photographed for HOT's new daily drama, 'The Dream Girl,' where I play a character who is as far away from me as I can possibly be. This time I play the evil, and psychologically this is the craziest character I have ever played."

Starting to talk about the upcoming Festigal. Will we see you there again this year?

"There's nothing for sure yet, but for me if there's a Festigal - I'm totally there."

May I ask the Polish question that is asked about a wedding after you have announced your engagement?

"The Corona has created a certain delay, as with many others, but we are working on it. We are starting to sit on invite lists, thinking about whether we want a small or large event. We take it slowly and safely."
