"Sweet Albert Elbaz," Kardashian opened the post Peacefully with a series of photos of the two.

"When I learned of his death today, I was heartbroken. On my first visit to Paris, I was surprised at lunch with Albert and almost fainted when he entered the room," she said of their first meeting.

"He was so welcoming and inviting. Albert dressed me for my first gate in Vogue and gave me the gate dress as a gift as a souvenir forever. Then Albert and Anvin dressed me for the first matte prom I was invited to alone.

"Our measurements together were full of moments of laughter and hugs. What a sweet soul. I will forever cherish our memories," she wrote.
