And instead, at breakfast, you should make sure that you put into your body some ingredients that have been proven in studies to be soothing, regulating mood and increasing emotional stability.

Here are some foods that can definitely do the job:



1. B vitamins -

B vitamins of all kinds help, among other things, to produce changes in the central nervous system that calm and relax us.

The brain also uses these vitamins to produce neurotransmitters that help improve mood and allow us a pleasant and relaxing feeling.

To supplement the quota of these vitamins in the morning, you should include eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and green leaves in the meal.
