(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 25 - "We are relieved to learn that the boat in danger reported by @alarm_phone on Tuesday night would have reached Tunisia". Sos Mediterranee writes it on Twitter, specifying that the #OceanViking team had searched for the boat for the whole day of Wednesday but without success, causing fear of an even more tragic outcome than the deaths at sea in recent days, including what the IOM has defined as the worst shipwreck occurred this year in the central Mediterranean with over one hundred, perhaps 130 people drowned off Libya "We hope that the 42 people on board have survived and are now safe." The information - Alarm Phone specifies, also on Twitter - came from a relative of one of the occupants of the boat in difficulty who had given the alarm on Tuesday evening,and that the Ocean Viking had searched in vain.
