(ANSA) - MODENA, APRIL 26 - Fifty-seven 'no masks' were reported on Saturday evening in Modena for going to dinner in the apizzeria of Hermes Ferrari, the Emilian restaurateur known for having presented himself during the recent protests in front of Montecitorio dressed as a 'shaman', like Jake Angels in the United States. The local press reported the news.
A dinner that violated anti-contagion rules, on the day in which, among other things, the 'No Fear Day' event was held in the heart of Modena, which ended with insults to the police and exemptions for not using masks.
When asked, Hermes Ferrari himself admits: "I have been fined 400 euros in addition to the closure that I will not respect because the Constitution states that work is a right". On the spot, Saturday evening at 8 pm, Digos officers showed up together with local police personnel.
Also notified of the closure of the venue for five days.
