For 9 pudding muffins you will need:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf

  • 250 g low-fat quark

  • 35 g of sugar

  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

  • 1 egg

Quick Recipe: Bake Custard Tarts with Puff Pastry

  • Roll out the finished puff pastry and cut it so that you get nine servings that each fit nicely into the wells of a muffin tin.

    You can also cut out circles - but be careful: do not knead the puff pastry leftovers, but press them together and roll out.

  • Rinse a muffin tin with cold water and line the hollows with the pieces of dough.

  • Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat or 170 ° C circulating air.
