Employee parks on the shoulder of the motorway - in order to participate in video switching
The police in Bad Kreuznach initially suspected a broken-down vehicle when they checked the 27-year-old in his vehicle last Wednesday.
He had
parked
completely unsecured, without hazard warning lights or warning triangles, on the
hard shoulder
of Autobahn 61, reports the German Press Agency (dpa).
When the police officers looked, however, they found that the driver was currently
participating in a video switch via smartphone
.

The man told officers that he stopped on the hard shoulder so as not to use his cell phone for the video conference while driving.
Finally, according to the report, the police informed him that parking on the highway was not allowed.
His tricky parking action on the autobahn still has an aftermath: The 27-year-old must now expect an administrative offense report.
