The real estate ad for a home went viral after being featured on social media.
But the audience was less taken with the house than with the supporting actor.
A lot is shared on social media.
So it is hardly surprising that real estate agents also use this platform.
It doesn't matter whether they show the most terrible apartment in New York City * or the narrowest house in London is for sale.
The latest real estate ad that hit the web in early April was about a residential home in California.
But it is not the house itself that attracts attention.
Rather, what means were used to advertise it.
Real estate ad goes viral: "You will love this listing!"
The property ad is for a three bedroom home in Los Angeles, California.
This has a proud price of
just under 1.47 million euros
.
The "revived Spanish house", as it says in the advertisement, was completely renovated from 1928 and both inside and out.
And the huge open living area with state-of-the-art equipment, a garden with lawn and terrace area are of little interest to most.
The separate smaller building with its own address, which can be used as an office or guest house, doesn't seem to interest anyone either.
Because someone in the pictures on the internet is stealing all the assets that the house has to offer, the show.

.
And the reason for this is due to
the owner's dog
, which was used as a supporting actor for the sale.
After
the ad and the cute pictures were shared with the dog
on the Facebook page and on the TikTok channel of
Zillow Gone Wild
, the ad went viral.
There are over 3,000 comments on the ad on Facebook alone.
And the post has also been shared a few times, both the TikTok clip and the Facebook post.
@zillowgonewild
you are going to love this listing !!!

"Don't do that with your listings, I can't resist!"
The dog is a little
gorgi named Migo
. In the pictures that are shown, he almost smiles at the potential new owners. Be it while sticking his head through the front door, posing on the kitchen counter or showing the wooden floor in the living room. The
ad was
posted
on the
Zillow Gone Wild
Facebook page
with the headline “Don't do this to your listings, I can't resist!”. It is clear from the comments that most
find
the dog
to melt away
. They are even disappointed that, according to the property ad, Migo is not part of the sale, but is happy to welcome potential buyers to the viewing.
