Like many of us, Ziv Shilon has gone too far in the past year without competing, setting goals and getting the most out of his body.
And since new beginnings are always difficult, we asked Ziv to discover the four basic rules for proper training, which he does not give up in any way.
Ready?
Build your training in a gradual and orderly way:
you cannot immediately return to the intensities, distances and speeds you were used to at your peak.
Therefore, there is no point in engaging in the past, but in starting to rebuild and aim for new achievements.
Your body needs rest:
During periods of training and competitions, Ziv makes sure to sleep at least seven hours each night, to allow the body the calm it needs to recover from training and be ready for the next workout.
Avoid pain in training:
When you go out to exercise with pain, you pre-direct yourself to a less good place.
What to do?
To avoid pain, be sure to apply Stilar before training and massage your muscles, then apply Stillar again at the end of the workout.
This way you both maintain your body and achieve better results.
Pay attention to your diet:
Make an orderly and customized nutrition plan.
Ziv says the way to not be afraid of proper nutrition is to simply know what to do.
"Like anything in life," he concludes, "I set myself a goal and then begin to cut back and think about how I get to it, with as little pain as possible."
