Bow Tie and "Man Ban": Brad Pitt drove the network crazy at the Oscars

The veteran actor came to present an award at the Oscars and despite the successful suit that heralds the beginning of his career as a fashion designer, the chain was mostly preoccupied with his new hairstyle.

"I thought I was not in that part of it - until I saw Pete."

Is this a comeback?

No matter where Brad Pitt goes, he will always magnetize.

This is how it is when for years titles like "hot", "boiling", "sexy" and even "perfect" cling to you.

This time, however, at the 93rd Academy Awards, he stood out for slightly different reasons - an unexpected hairstyle.

The 57-year-old actor arrived at the ceremony wearing a classic elegant tuxedo by the Brioni brand, for which he serves as a presenter, plus a bow tie.

The reason: the awarding of the supporting actress award to the winner Yu Yong-yun for her role in the film "Minari", who was very excited to meet Pete face to face.

What is interesting about the suit that the 57-year-old Pete chose to wear is the fact that just less than a month ago it was announced that Pete is launching a capsule collection in collaboration with a thug, based on his Oscar look from last year.

However, as mentioned, Pete Halter's decision as a fashion designer has not become the talk of the day on the net - but the hairstyle to which he has been sticking in recent months.

It was not difficult to notice that Brad had a small ponytail lying nonchalantly on the back of his neck.

In English the hairstyle is called "man bun" and it has been seen in the past on several stars.

This is short to medium length hair, one that is relatively long for men's hairstyles, that is gathered into a ponytail or a tiny "skull" and looks like a round bun, hence the name in English.

The network was quick to respond to the surprise that made Pete's tight look rougher.

Some fashion critics even called the new hairstyle "sexy".

It's important to emphasize that Pete's new "man-ban" is part of the hair extension process the actor is going through these days in favor of a new role, and not an unexplained madness or middle-age crisis.

"I did a hair mask in the shower today, I added vitamins to the glow and my hair still doesn't look as good as Brad Pitt's," tweeted one of the men who was excited about the look.

Another surfer wrote: "I thought I was not in the 'Man-Ban' section until I saw Pete."

Another tweet read: "This is Brad Pitt's campaign to bring this hairstyle back to us and bring back to us Brad Pitt of the nineties. We applaud you" (written - WE'RE ROOTING FOR YOU, making it an English word game from the worlds of hair).

Other selected tweets that sharpen the level of enthusiasm: "During the Oscars I got up and applauded Brad Pitt's Man-Ban", and the most kinky: "Inject me into the veins of Brad Pitt and his little 'Man-Ban'."

While passionate gems about Pete's surprising hairstyle flooded social media, among them were also some who expressed skepticism - and especially fear of a possible comeback.

In the 1990s, the "Man-Ban" trend gained momentum.

It expanded in the early 2000s and held up not bad.

Even at the beginning of the previous decade the "man-ban" was quite popular among men, when between the years 2013-2015 almost every famous man experienced hair extension and picking for a sloppy ponytail.

Big names like David Beckham, Jared Leto, Jake Gyllenhaal, Orlando Bloom and even Leonardo DiCaprio were caught during these periods with a similar hairstyle.

In recent years, however, it seems that the "man-ban" has faded a bit.

Pete's arrival on the red carpet of the Oscars with this tiny ponytail, may bring the controversial hairstyle back to the forefront of the stage.

And this, as stated, despite the fact that he did not choose it of his own free will and he lengthens his hair only because he is committed to work and a dedicated actor.

There is no real fashion statement here, but after the online enthusiasm for Pete's fiery looks, one can gently bet that it is not far off today that all the men of the world will return to roam among us.

See you were warned.

Over the years hair has lengthened several times.
