Moments after filming the new season of the "Sharks" series and before it flew to the US, we caught up with Jasmine Lukech for a personal interview about the combination of the business world and sports
The business world faces many challenges, just like the fitness world, which requires commitment and perseverance to see results.
The one who combines the two worlds is the businesswoman Jasmine Lukech, who is probably familiar to you from the TV show "The Sharks", which will soon be aired for a new season.

"I came to Israel for a month to film the new season of sharks," she says in a special interview with "Israel Today" during boxing training, and even reveals that in August she will return to live in Israel with her family after many years in the United States.
What workouts are you used to doing?
"For years I did aerobic and step dance, and I even danced competitive ballroom dancing. In sports you have to find interest, find what you enjoy doing. Recently I started boxing and found in this industry a combination of strength and aerobics, you release the anger and get into it."
A lot of people say they do not have time to practice
"Those who are busy have to find the time while working. Even if you can not come to training, be active, go up the stairs instead of the elevator, walk instead of sitting in a restaurant or in front of the computer, and if you are in conversation, do it while walking."
You came to Israel at the end of the corona, how was your last period?
"It was an opportunity for me to restart, travel less and focus on the important things, be more time with family, and figure out how to do things more efficiently that work from home rather than the office."
The business world has been hit hard
"There are a lot of businesses that did not emerge from this crisis, and those that did emerge will be stronger. I am dying for the Israeli entrepreneurs, for the spark in their eyes, for having a passion inside, they want to change the world, to follow their dreams."
Do you have a tip for someone who has a venture?
"Do not leave it as an idea, if you want to - do it. It is true in both sports and business."
