Fresh salmon doesn’t need much to turn into an impressive meal in a few moments.
With the right seasoning and some green friends on the side like the broccoli and asparagus in our dish, you have a winning meal.
Just pay attention to the trick, the salmon only needs a short roast in order to keep its flesh juicy and reach maximum flavor.
Many times we have a tendency to dry it in the oven and rope.
Here it undergoes a very short burn on the pan on the skin side until it becomes crispy.
The addition of liquids at the end will also dissolve the precipitate, which will add flavor to the whole dish and also create steam that will finish the cooking.
10 minutes preparation and you have juicy and delicious fish.

Ingredients

800 grams of salmon fillet with the skin, divided into 4 portions (200 grams each portion)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Spicy seasoning salt (natural sea salt mixture with 5 types of peppers and unique spices)
6 broccoli flowers
1 fresh bunch of asparagus
4 white cufflinks (optional)
To serve:
Basmati rice is prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions
Lemon cut into quarters

Preparation
How to make spicy salmon with greens?
1 Dip the broccoli and asparagus in boiling salted water.
Remove with a slotted spoon, recommended into a bowl with very cold water.
2 Brush the salmon pieces with a tablespoon of olive oil and season with spicy salt.
3 Heat a pan and roast the salmon pieces for about 3 minutes on the side of the skin.
4 Add the roasted vegetables with 4 tablespoons of white wine or the cooking water of the vegetables to melt the roasting residue from the bottom of the pan.
Continue to evaporate the liquids in the pan until the fish is ready and very juicy (if necessary add a few more tablespoons of liquids).
5 Serve the salmon and vegetables alongside rice with lemon quarters.
