(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 28 - The bill against homotransphobia is released in the Senate: it has been incardinated in the Justice Commission after weeks of controversy, pressing rebounds and resistance.
Once the calendar was put to the vote, it passed with 13 yes and 11 no.
Pd, M5s, Leu and Italia viva have been asking for the discussion for some time.
The center-right is against it.
The provision was approved at first reading in the Chamber on November 4, 2020. (ANSA).
