With the foundation "British Asian Trust", which the Prince of Wales had founded in 2007, he also called for donations in order to be able to provide the country with additional oxygen concentrators.

The UK had already sent 140 ventilators and 495 oxygen concentrators from surplus stocks to India a few days ago.

»Germany stands side by side in solidarity with India.

We are preparing a support mission as soon as possible. "

Foreign Minister Heiko Maas (SPD) assured the country of solidarity.
