Should media without journalists still receive financial support from the state?
The executive has decided the issue.
Last week, the Ministry of Culture unveiled its proposals for legislative and regulatory revisions on the conditions of access to public aid for the written press.
Until now, the presence of professional writers or regular editors in an editorial office was not required to benefit from aids, such as preferential postal rates, VAT at the super-reduced rate of 2.1% or still direct subsidies.
