(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 29 - Italy exceeds 4 million confirmed coronavirus, with an increase of 14,320 positive tests in the last 24 hours, a level still high.
However, the daily victims are decreasing, 288, and the decline of the patients in intensive care and in the ordinary wards continues.
Yesterday 13,385 were positive, 344 died.
There are 330,075 molecular and antigenic swabs carried out, according to data from the Ministry of Health.
Yesterday the tests were 336,336.
The positivity rate is 4.3% (+ 0.3% compared to yesterday).
There are 2,640 patients hospitalized in intensive care, 71 units compared to yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits, while the daily entries were 129 (yesterday 168). On the other hand, 19,351 people are hospitalized in the ordinary wards, down by 509 compared to yesterday.
In total, the cases since the beginning of the epidemic are 4,009,208, 120,544 amounts.
The currently positive ones are instead 438,709 (-4,062 compared to yesterday), the recovered and discharged 3,449,955 (+18,088). In house isolation there are 416,718 people (-3,482). (HANDLE).
