(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 29 - No obligation to make one in two public employees work insmart working, neither during the emergency nor with the adoption of the Pola, the organizational plans for agile work: according to the draft of the extension decree entering the Cdm in fact, smart working can continue by way of derogation until the definition of the new rules with the national contract and in any case no later than the end of the year, but there will be no 50% restriction. The 60% limit indicated in the Pola also jumps, while the minimum threshold drops from 30% to 15% in the event of failure to adopt the organizational plans.
In detail, the incoming regulation confirms simplified smart work also in public employment up to a maximum of 31 December 2021, while for the security, defense and public aid sectors, the deadline is linked to that of the state of emergency. The measure, however, is not limited to intervening on the extraordinary rules applied during the pandemic but also on the new organizational system in full operation, that of the Pola, introduced last year: for the activities that can be carried out in an agile way, the rules on Pola provided that employees could make use of smart working "at least for 60%" within the organizational plans and for at least "30%" in case of non-adoption of the Pola. Now the percentage of 60% disappears and the minimum goes from 30% to 15%. (HANDLE).
