(ANSA) - CUNEO, 29 APR - Mario Roggero, the 66-year-old jeweler who reacted to a robbery attempt in his shop in Grinzane Cavour, is being investigated by the Asti Prosecutor for manslaughter and excess of self-defense by killing two bandits and wounding a third. "It is a difficult moment for my client, heartbroken by what happened and having found himself in a dramatic situation", explains the lawyer Stefano Campanello, who defends the man. "We have not yet received the notice of guarantee - he specifies - but my client in any case believes that he has done everything necessary to save his life and that of his family.
