Cheesecake with strawberries in a glass: the ingredients

For approx. 6 servings you need:

For the biscuit base:

  • 100 g shortbread biscuits

  • 50 g butter

For the strawberries:

  • 300 g strawberries + 6 strawberries for decoration

  • 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar

For the cream:

  • 200 ml whipped cream

  • 250 g quark

Of course, the recipe also works with many other types of fruit, such as raspberries *, mango or cherries.

You can also do without the fruit sauce and use only finely chopped fruit as the top layer on the quark cream.

Cheesecake in a glass with strawberries: quick recipe

  • For the bottom, first

    crumble the shortbread biscuits: put them in a freezer bag, seal it and roll over it with a rolling pin.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave.

  • Mix the biscuit crumbs and butter together and pour these crumbly crumbs into 6 dessert glasses.

    Press it down lightly.

  • For the strawberry

    sauce, puree 100 g strawberries in a blender or with a hand blender and mix them with the powdered sugar.

  • For the cream

    , first whip the cream until stiff.

    Then fold the whipped cream into the curd.

  • Cut the remaining 200 g strawberries into slices.

    Place the strawberry slices on the bottom of the biscuit and press them from the inside to the rim of the glasses, it looks very nice - after all, the eyes eat with them.

  • Now fill in the cream.

    To work cleanly, you can put the cream in a piping bag and simply squirt it into the jars.

    Leave some space in the top of the glasses.

  • Now put some of the strawberry sauce on each glass, sprinkle a dollop of the cream on top of each other and decorate each glass with the strawberries that you have set aside.
