(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 03 - After five years of conflict, Mediaset, Fininvest and Vivendi have found a global agreement to put an end to their disputes, reciprocally renouncing all pending lawsuits and complaints.
Vivendi has undertaken to sell on the market the entire 19.19% stake in Mediaset held by Simon Fiduciaria over a five-year period and Fininvest will have the right to purchase any unsold shares in each 12-month period, at the established annual price.
Vivendi will remain a shareholder of Mediaset with the residual stake of 4.61%.
