When can fans expect new episodes?

Several months ago, the streaming service revealed that the production received the most clicks of all self-produced series *.
As a result, the historical drama was even able to surpass the fantasy spectacle "The Witcher".
Due to its great popularity, Netflix has already confirmed three more seasons.
The 2nd season is currently being shot - and there is already a first photo of the actors (see below).
But what about a specific start date for the 2nd season?

Fans have known for a long time that Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and the Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page) will no longer be the focus of Season 2. The viewers even have to forego the latter figure completely, because actor Regé-Jean Page recently announced his departure from the series. In terms of history, that's not too dramatic. Author Julia Quinn concentrates in her second book (promotional link) on Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) and his search for a suitable wife. So Daphne and Simon would only have played supporting roles anyway.
Anthony's Love Interest embodies the actress Simone Ashley, who will slip into the role of Kate Sharma from the second season.

The picture is said to have been taken around April 30, 2021 and shows the two of them together at a horse race.

, the actors Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton), Luke Thompson (Benedict Bridgerton), Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton), Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton) and Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury) were there.
