Employees can soon be vaccinated against the coronavirus by the company doctor.
There is more to this than it seems at first glance.

According to the Federal Ministry of Health, at least 500,000 vaccine doses should be available per week for company doctors. That reported the "Welt am Sonntag". This should increase the vaccination rate in Germany significantly. Many people were still waiting for vaccination appointments, said Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn the newspaper, "but in a few weeks we will probably have

Companies are in the starting blocks for corona vaccination
Companies across Germany are already in the starting blocks when it comes to vaccination.
Deutsche Bahn is planning at least ten vaccination centers nationwide, reports the German Press Agency (dpa).
According to the company, Allianz-Versicherung has prepared 27 vaccination lines at 15 locations.
And at the automotive supplier Continental, more than 1,000 employees could soon be vaccinated every day.

In general, vaccinations are now picking up speed in Germany.
After the start with mobile vaccination teams and more than 400 regional vaccination centers in the federal states, there are now more than 60,000 medical practices, reports the dpa.
In the meantime, more than a quarter of the German population (26.9 percent) have received at least one vaccination.
According to the dpa, 7.7 percent have full vaccination protection with a second syringe.
This week the federal and state governments want to look for a quick agreement on which corona restrictions for vaccinated people can be removed.
Some federal states have already rushed ahead and introduced relief for those who are fully vaccinated.
