could be questioned again, accused of raping an Italian-Norwegian student in Sardinia
in July 2019 after an evening spent in the Billionaire nightclub.
The hypothesis is being examined by the defenders of the boys.
The lawyers (Sandro Vaccaro, Romano Raimondo, Gennaro Velle, Ernesto Monteverde and Mariano Mameli) have 20 days to ask the prosecutors of Tempio Pausania.
The magistrates yesterday closed their investigations into the matter for the second time, after a first closure last November.
The four are accused of gang violence against the student who reported them. Grillo jr, Lauria and Capitta are accused of sexual violence even against a second girl for the three obscene photos the young people took while she was sleeping. The student had reported everything a week after the alleged violence on her return to Milan. For the four, however, the reports were consenting. In recent weeks Beppe Grillo had published a video in defense of his son and friends, causing numerous controversies.
