Stellantis: quarter revenues + 14%, Jeep launches confirmed

Stellantis closed the quarter - the first since the merger between FCA and PSA - with a "solid net turnover growing in all regions". Revenues amounted to € 34.3 billion or € 37 billion on a pro forma basis, up 14%. Consolidated sales are 1,477,000 vehicles or 1,567,000 on a pro forma basis, up 11%. "For our first quarter since the merger, Stellanits achieves solid revenue thanks to a diversified brand portfolio that generates both increasing volumes and a positive effect and favorable impact of product mixes, despite the negative effects of the global semiconductor crisis." ; explains Stellantis CFO Richard Palmer.


    In the absence of significant lockdowns due to Covid, the group confirms the 2021 financial targets and expects the car market to grow by 8% in North America, 20% in South America and 10% in Enlarged Europe (unchanged estimates compared to the previous forecast).


    The timetable for the models does not change: the production launches of the new Grand Wagoneer / Wagoneer and the new generation of the Jeep Grand Cherokee will be respectively at the end of the second quarter 2021 and in the third quarter of 2021.


    The Electrification Day is also confirmed. July 8.
