(ANSA) - MILAN, 07 MAY - Boom growth in April (+ 207.4%) and fast recovery towards pre-covid volumes of loan requests from Italian families. This strengthens the positive trend in March after the first two months of 2021 had started with the handbrake on, according to what emerges from the analysis of the requests registered on the Credit Information System of Crif. The decisive rebound was driven by loans aimed at the purchase of goods and services, which in the last month of observation recorded a + 329.7%, confirming the growing propensity of Italian families to meet new expenses with the support of a loan. A strong increase is also recorded by the requests for personal loans, both compared to March and compared to the corresponding month of last year (+ 116.3%).The average amount of loans requested amounted to 9,474 euros, a very slight decrease compared to March, but which sees a significant growth (+ 16.5%) compared to the value of the same month of 2020.
