The Lausanne Sports Arbitration Tribunal rejected Alex Schwazer's appeal on the case that led to his doping disqualification, in a new arbitration that pitted him against the world athletics federation, World Athletics, and the world anti-doping agency, the Wada.
ANSA learns this from sources of international justice.
Schwazer had made a request for "interim measures" to the TAS, after an order of the investigating judge of Bolzano had cleared him of the doping accusations, pointing out alleged improprieties of the federation and the Wada.
