(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 07 - Boris Johnson rejoices for the first results of yesterday's vote in Great Britain, with the triumphant Tory victory in the supplementary of the historic English Labor college of Hartlepool (the only national seat up for grabs in the Chamber of Commons), but also for the England's overall advance of his party after the counting of 20 local councils out of 143. The figures are "very encouraging" for us, commented the premier: "our government priorities, on the relaunch after the pandemic, are the priorities of the people".

Caosinvece in Labor, where there is talk of defeat and the internal left calls into question the leadership of Keir Starmer.
