(ANSA) - NEW DELHI, MAY 07 - India has recorded 414,188 new cases of Covid positivity and 3,915 deaths in the last 24 hours.
Infections are concentrated in ten states Maharashtra, UttarPradesh, Delhi, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, West Bengal, TamilNadu, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan which see 71.81% of the new positives.
The most worrying figure is that of Maharashtra, with the highest daily number of new positives: 62,194; followed by Karnataka, with 49,058 and Kerala with 42,464.
Yesterday 2 million 370 thousand Indians were vaccinated, thus raising the total number of vaccinated people to 160 million 490 thousand.
