So here's a great recipe for a whole cauliflower bouquet, which decorates the center of your table in the ideal way and adds lots of flavor to a meal.
All you have to do is cook, add spicy salt in the perfect seasoning and roast until the cauliflower is ready.

1 beautiful cauliflower in its entirety, including leaves
½ Kustahina
¼ Freshly squeezed lemon coriander
Spicy salt

Preparation
How to make baked cauliflower with spicy tahini?
1 Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2 Cook the cauliflower in a large pot with boiling salted water for a quarter of an hour or until soft.
Drain well, cool and dry.
3 Brush the cauliflower with olive oil and season with salty spices.
Roast in the oven for about half an hour or until the cauliflower is browned.
4 Meanwhile, make tahini: Mix tahini with lemon juice and salt.
If you need to dilute more add water.
5 Pour the tahini over the roasted cauliflower or serve with it.
