Ingredients

    • 1 beautiful cauliflower in its entirety, including leaves

    • ½ Kustahina

    • ¼ Freshly squeezed lemon coriander

    • Spicy salt

Preparation

How to make baked cauliflower with spicy tahini?

  • 1 Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  • 2 Cook the cauliflower in a large pot with boiling salted water for a quarter of an hour or until soft.

    Drain well, cool and dry.

  • 3 Brush the cauliflower with olive oil and season with salty spices.

    Roast in the oven for about half an hour or until the cauliflower is browned.

  • 4 Meanwhile, make tahini: Mix tahini with lemon juice and salt.

    If you need to dilute more add water.

  • 5 Pour the tahini over the roasted cauliflower or serve with it.
