Stock Exchange: Ny closes with records, Dj + 0.66%, S & P 500 + 0.73%

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MAY 7 - Wall Street closes with a new record, despite the disappointing April employment report: the Dow Jones grows by 0.66% to 34,776.44 points, the S&P 500 by 0.73% to 4,232, 43 points.

The Nasdaq was also positive: + 0.88% at 13,752.24 points.

The euro is trading at $ 1.2166 after the close of Wall Street.

The single currency earns 0.85% against the greenback.
