(ANSA) - PISA, 08 MAY - The medical flight that repatriated the couple from Campi Bisenzio (Florence) who had been stranded for a week in India, in the middle of the Covid emergency, landed tonight around 10 pm, with a high number of infections among the local population. Relatives and friends waited for Simonetta Filippi - who is positive to Covid and must be treated -, her husband Enzo Gallie, the 2-year-old girl adopted in the Asian country. The woman traveled to an area of the aircraft in bio-containment, while the husband and the child in a separate area, in sanitary safety. The plane came from New Delhi where it took off around 13 Italian time. (HANDLE).
