(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 08 - Interventions for gatherings and closures of streets and squares today in Rome due to crowds.
Several interventions by the Local Police in various areas of the capital. The patrols were engaged in particular in the Historic Center, especially in the Trident area - the living room of Rome between via di Ripetta, via del Babuino and via del Corso - where the main interventions were concentrated already from late morning. In the afternoon, vigilance was also strengthened in some areas of the nightlife such as Piazza Bologna, SanLorenzo and Trastevere, with agents who are proceeding with temporary closures, to drain the crowd.
