You do not deserve to suffer: the device that is praised by doctors wins pain, and you have the opportunity to try it at home
Her secret - instead of putting the weeds on a cutting board and cutting them with a knife or scissors, she threaded the root of the parsley through one of the holes of the grater and pulled the root from the end in such a way that all the leaves separated easily and remained completely naked at the end of the process. .
This clip garnered more than 1.3 million views and garnered hundreds of responses most of which were very enthusiastic.
But not everyone bought this idea, when one of the surfers argued: "Why are you all excited about this idea? You need the root, that's where all the taste is. Why do you think they hang the weeds upside down?" Other surfers agreed with him that the root is needed and should not be thrown away.
But chef Ashley Ortiz tested the method for yahoo with a number of different herbs and noted that the results were largely satisfactory - she tried it on parsley, coriander, rosemary and thyme - with varying degrees of success.
She wrote that this trick provides a quick and effective method that saves clutter by removing leaves of fresh herbs from their stems, noting that every home chef should try it at least once.
