Things are getting clearer.

Nine days before the long-awaited stage of the reopening of the terraces, all shops, and museums, Le Parisien reveals in detail what will change on May 19, June 9 and then June 30, in addition to covering it. -fire which will be progressively delayed to 9 p.m. then to 11 p.m. before being removed.

Ten days after the interview with the regional press (including Le Parisien) granted by Emmanuel Macron, Jean Castex tells us in a long interview how the deconfinement will unfold.

The next three stages remain subject to health developments and each of them may be delayed in a department or a metropolis if the incidence rate goes back above 400 (a threshold considered very high by scientists) and if the hospital situation becomes critical, warned the head of state.

But the lights are green and Olivier Véran has confirmed that the first stage will start across the city.

Restaurants

  • May 19:

    The terraces of restaurants or cafes can reopen to 50% of their capacity and tables of up to six people, necessarily seated.

    The interior of the establishments remains closed.

  • June 9:

    the terraces can open at 100% of their capacity, but always with tables of six.

    The interior opens, with a gauge of 50% and again, tables of six people maximum.

  • June 30:

    These establishments

    can reopen completely indoors (respecting barrier gestures and distancing measures), but accompanied by a health protocol if the epidemic situation requires it.

Bars

  • May 19:

    The bar terraces can reopen at 50% of their capacity and tables of up to six people, obligatorily seated.

    The interior of the establishments remains closed.

  • June 9:

    The terraces can reopen completely, with tables of six people maximum.

    The interior of the bars can open, with a gauge of 50% and still tables of six.

    Consumption and bar service are prohibited.

  • June 30:

    These establishments

    can reopen completely indoors in a seated position (respecting barrier gestures and distancing measures), without consumption or bar service, but accompanied by a sanitary protocol if the epidemic situation requires it.

Hotel catering

  • May 19:

    total reopening of the terrace, in seats only, for all customers.

    The indoor restaurant may reopen for hotel guests, or in the event of an “all inclusive” vacation.

  • June 9:

    Reopening of hotel restaurants to external customers under the same conditions.

    Restaurants can reopen at 100% of their tonnage.

Nightclubs

Stores

  • May 19:

    All stores can reopen.

    Those of less than 8m² can only receive one client, the others must make sure to reserve 8m² for each person.

    Each business can receive as many customers as its initial capacity provides.

Markets

  • May 19:

    The number of customers must be limited to 8 m² for each of them in open markets, and 4 m² per person outdoors.

Trade shows and fairs

  • May 19:

    Each establishment cannot receive more than 35% of its maximum capacity and each room is capped at 800 spectators.

  • June 9:

    The authorized tonnage rises to 65% of the initial capacity.

    The health pass is necessary for any event bringing together at least 1,000 people.

  • June 30:

    There is no more gauge but you must always respect barrier gestures and physical distancing.

Concerts and venues in standing configuration

  • May 19:

    These events remain prohibited.

  • June 9:

    These events are still prohibited.

  • June 30:

    These events can resume, with a maximum ceiling which is set by the prefect and a health protocol to be respected.

    The health pass is used for more than 1,000 spectators.

Open air festival standing

  • May 19:

    no resumption.

  • June 9:

    no resumption.

  • June 30:

    opening with a gauge of 4 m2 per festival-goer, and with a limited number of people, defined by the prefect.

    For more than 1,000 people, a health pass will be required.

Festival taking place in public space

  • May 19:

    no opening.

  • June 9:

    the standing gauge is set by the prefect.

    Beyond 1,000 festival-goers, the use of the sanitary pass is recommended.

  • June 30:

    same.

Outdoor seated festival

  • May 19:

    in the case of festivals taking place in establishments open to the public in the open air, with a “clearly identified” capacity, the gauge is set at 35% with a maximum of 1,000 people accommodated.

  • June 9:

    in the case of festivals taking place in establishments open to the public in the open air, with a “clearly identified” capacity, the gauge goes up to 65% and the ceiling will be 5,000 people maximum.

    If the reception capacity is not possible to define, the gauge will also be set at 5,000 people, with distance rules and hotel-restaurant-café protocol.

    A health pass required for more than 1,000 people.

  • June 30:

    the gauge is defined by the prefect according to local circumstances and compliance with barrier and distance measures (excluding headquarters).

    A health pass is required for more than 1,000 people.

Libraries

  • May 19:

    The gauge of 8m² per person is maintained, just as it is necessary to leave one seat in two empty in the seated configuration.

  • June 9:

    The gauge is lowered to 4m² per person but the rule of the seat in two left vacant remains.

  • June 30:

    There is no more gauge or seat rule in two to be left vacant.

Religious ceremonies and weddings in town hall

Thermal baths:

  • May 19:

    spas will be able to reopen with a 50% limit.

Zoos

  • May 19:

    Each establishment cannot receive more than 50% of its maximum capacity.

Higher Education

  • May 19:

    resumption with a tonnage of 50% of the workforce, with reinforced health protocol.

    The university exams which were scheduled until May 2 inclusive have been postponed.

    National competitions and health exams are maintained under the current protocol.

    the 50% gauge continues to apply until the next school year.

    Higher education institutions have the option of organizing their exams face-to-face or remotely.

  • September:

    the reopening can take place under normal reception conditions.

Conservatory, dance schools, lyric art

  • May 19:

    teaching can resume face-to-face for all audiences of conservatories, whether professionals or students. The dance halls remain closed to non-priority adults but reopen for minors. The lyrical arts can only be practiced individually and in accordance with a reinforced protocol. For spectators, a gauge of 35% of the reception capacity applies, with a ceiling of 800 people.

    Non-professional adults can return to the dance halls, provided there is no contact, and in compliance with a 35% class level.

Boat cruise

    A health pass will be required if more than 1,000 people are accommodated.

Outdoor sports establishments

  • May 19

    : the activity resumes without restriction for priority practitioners only.

    For non-priority people, only contactless sports can restart.

    As for spectators, a gauge of 35% of the public applies, as well as a ceiling of 1,000 people maximum.

  • June 9:

    Contact sports resume for everyone.

    For the public, the gauge increases to 65% and the maximum audience limit to 5,000 people.

    Use of the health pass as soon as the threshold of 1,000 people is crossed.

  • June 30:

    the public gauge goes to 100%, the health pass remains compulsory beyond the threshold of 1,000 spectators.

    The prefect retains the possibility of limiting the number of spectators.

Indoor sports facilities (indoor swimming pools, sports halls, indoor sports)

  • May 19:

    the establishments reopen only for priority practitioners, in particular for minors in schools, extracurricular and for extracurricular activities.

    On the public side, the gauge is set at 35%, with a ceiling of 800 spectators.

  • June 9:

    non-contact sports are authorized for non-priority practitioners, in compliance with a welcome rate of 50%.

    On the spectator side, the gauge goes up to 65% with a ceiling set at 5,000 people.

Outdoor sports competition in public spaces (surfing, sailing races, power boating, marathons, trails, cycling races, etc.)

Côté spectateurs, leur présence ne sera pas autorisée s’ils sont debout. Pour les spectateurs assis, la jauge sera fixée à 65 % de la capacité d’accueil du lieu, avec 5 000 personnes maximum. La consommation de nourriture et de boissons suivra le même protocole que ceux des restaurants ou cafés. Sur le parcours, les rassemblements seront de dix personnes maximum.
  • 30 juin : pas de restrictions pour les sportifs professionnels. Pour les amateurs, tous âges confondus, les compétitions seront autorisées dans la limite de 2 500 participants (en simultané ou par épreuve) et avec utilisation du pass sanitaire au-delà de 1 000 personnes lorsque cela est possible. Côté spectateurs, ils devront respecter une jauge de 4m² s’ils sont debout, et la capacité d’accueil sera fixée par le préfet. Il décidera également de la jauge pour les spectateurs assis, définie « en fonction des circonstances locales et des mesures barrière ».

Rassemblements extérieurs

  • 19 mai : les rassemblements sont limités à 10 personnes dans l’espace public, sauf pour les « visites guidées organisées par des personnes titulaires d’une carte professionnelle ».
  • 9 juin : Idem.
