When employees quit their job, very few look for a “new challenge”.
The main reason lies with the companies themselves - especially their superiors.
Nobody quits their job for no reason - especially not when jobs are in short supply.
However, very few speak openly with their company about the real reason for termination.
Why is that?
Probably because the employer is usually the reason for the job change *, as a survey shows.

Keeping good employees in the company
Especially in times when there is a shortage of skilled workers, companies should therefore hold their own nose if they want to keep good employees in the company. The survey participants themselves reveal how this works: open and honest communication plays the most important role here for employees (57 percent). 56 percent of the employees surveyed named attractive performance incentives and career opportunities as important reasons for staying with the company. In addition to income, these include regular salary increases and promotions, according to the survey.

.
But flexible working hours, home office and training opportunities are also very popular with employees.
By the way: These signs reveal months in advance that employees are leaving.
