Covid: China, first local infections in more than 3 weeks

(ANSA) - BEIJING, MAY 15 - China has reported 12 new cases of Covid-19, including the first local transmissions in more than three weeks: 4 infections, in fact, have been identified today in the province of Anhui, all linked to a single person , according to local authorities.

    State media reported that mass tests were carried out in two provincial cities, Luan and Hefei. Two other infections in Anhui were instead reported by the National Health Commission and relate to Thursday.
