(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 14 - Judgment of no place to proceed with regard to Matteo Salvini, who was accused with the accusation of detention in person.

It is the decision of the Gup of Catania, Nunzio Sarpietro, read in the bunker hall of the Bicocca prison, at the conclusion of the preliminary hearing for the Gregoretti case.

The delays in disembarking, in July 2019, of 131 migrants from the Italian Coast Guard ship in the port of Augusta, in Syracuse, were at the heart of the proceedings against the then Minister of the Interior.
