The Rt index and the incidence drop: the first, according to what is learned, would have reached, in the ISS-Ministry of Health monitoring now under examination in the control room, at a value of 0.86 compared to 0.89 of the last week.

No region is classified as high risk for the third consecutive week. This is what emerges from the data of the draft weekly monitoring now under examination in the control room. Four Regions and Autonomous Provinces have a moderate risk classification and are Calabria, Lombardy, Tuscany and Umbria (none with a high probability of high risk progression in the next few weeks) while the other Regions and Provinces have a low risk classification. Two Regions (Molise 1.08 and Umbria1.03) have a punctual Rt greater than one, but with the lower limit below one.
The number of Regions and Autonomous Provinces that have an employment rate in intensive care and / or medical areas above the critical threshold decreases: these are 3 Regions (Lombardy and Tuscany are above the threshold of 30% for intensive care while Calabria is above the limit threshold of 40% for medical departments) compared to 5 the previous week. The national rate of intensive employment is below the critical threshold (23%), with a decrease in hospitalized people from 2,423 (04/05/2021) to 2,056 (11/05/2021). This is what emerges from the data of the weekly monitoring draft being examined by the control room.
