(ANSA) - TEL AVIV, MAY 17 - The Israeli army hit 15 kilometers of the Hamas 'Metro' tunnel network in the north of the Strip last night.
The military spokesman was aware that in particular the passages between the various tunnels, defined as the 'LineaC' of the network, were centered.
Overall, there were about 35 attacks in a 20-minute period.
"The attack - added the spokesman - was part of a larger army operation to significantly hit the underground terrorist system". (ANSA).
