The star of weeks.
Blinches filled with cream cheese (Photo: Courtesy of Tzuriel Farm Milk)
The blinches, the same dish that made aliyah with the Jews of Hungary, managed over the years to grab a place of honor on Pentecost next to the Cheesecake Hall.
And the truth is it is impossible to describe the holiday without those thin pancakes that wrap a sweet cheese filling.
Looking for a good recipe?
This is exactly what you need.
Tip:
The pancakes can be pre-fried, filled and kept in the fridge, and just before serving heat on a pan with a little butter or serve cold with berries and goat yogurt.

Preparation
How to make lynches with berries?
1 Prepare the blinch batter: Mix all the ingredients (except the melted butter) in a bowl with a whisk or food processor or blender.
It should be obtained at a relatively liquid night in order for thin pancakes to be obtained.
2 Heat a non-stick pan with a little butter and pour 2/3 ladle of the batter.
Quickly shake the pan to evenly coat the bottom of the pan with the batter.
Return to the heat and when the edges rise remove from the pan to the plate (no need to turn).
Prepare the whole batter in this way and stack the pancakes on top of each other.
3 Mix all the filling ingredients.
4 Fill the blinches with the cheese filling.
5 Before serving, fry the blinches in butter on both sides.
Serve hot with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
