One customer is more than disappointed with the service from MediaMarkt and lets her anger run wild.

MediaMarkt even prevents them from being able to work properly.

Treuen - A MediaMarkt customer from Treuen reports on Facebook and lets her anger run wild. In her post she reports about a nuisance she has with MediaMarkt. At the end of March she gave her computer to MediaMarkt for repairs. She bought the device from the electronics company in November especially for her home office. So she asked the employee for a quick repair. Although she was apparently promised that she would hurry, the customer still did not get her PC for her home office back a month later.

The MediaMarkt customer writes that she tried to contact the hotline both by email and by calling the hotline - without any reaction.

The user is annoyed: "Can only advise against buying and, even worse, complain." Although a small laptop was offered as a rental fee, it would make work much more difficult due to its size.

"My boss will thank you for the service you have provided," the angry customer ends her complaint post.

MediaMarkt customer can't believe it: "Such a juice shop!"

MediaMarkt apologized to the customer in the comments and assured that they would endeavor to “finish the computer as soon as possible.” It also said: “If you need our help with an order, please write us a private message.” Sentence caused incomprehension from the customer: "I don't need any help with an order!" All she wants is her computer back so that she can do her work.

In addition, she could not imagine why the repair would take so long.

After all, only the fan is defective.

There was no answer from MediaMarkt. A week later, the user commented on her post again. You have still not received a response from MediaMarkt: neither a callback nor an e-mail. “Such a juice shop!” She has been waiting for her PC since March 27, 2021 and there seems to be no end in sight. This time MediaMarkt also spoke up again and asked the customer to give them the repair number and the store that she had commissioned. One can only hope for the customer that she will soon be able to hold her computer in her hands again. The largest German electronics chain MediaMarkt-Saturn is facing a far-reaching group restructuring.
