  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil

How to make juicy meatballs in record time like Steffen Henssler

  • Cut the bun into cubes and soak them in the milk.

    Peel and chop the onion.

    Finely chop the parsley and fry it with the onion cubes for 3 minutes with the butter in a pan.

  • Put the minced meat with the seared onion and parsley in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and spice mix or other spices.
