(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 17 MAY - A little girl of a few years, according to initial information, died in a road accident that in the evening involved two cars in the municipality of Corciano, between Migiana and Mantignana. Firefighters and 118 personnel intervened on the spot with three ambulances. A rescue was attempted on the spot for the child but the child died, according to what is learned from the firefighters themselves and from the hospital in Perugia.
The mother was transferred in code red to the hospital of the Umbrian capital while two other people were injured in a less serious way.
In order to reconstruct the dynamics of what happened, investigations are underway by the municipal police of Corciano.
